Overview
Production Operative — Day Shift, Monday - Thursday 07:30 to 16:00, Friday 07:30 to 15:00. £12.47 to £13.56 Per Hour, 39 hours, enhanced overtime after 39hrs. Our client, based in Daventry, is one of the UK's leading suppliers in their sector, supplying products to a diverse range of markets and industries. They are seeking Production Operatives to work within their well established manufacturing facility in Daventry.
You will work on a production line as a member of a small team, ensuring the product is completed from start to finish and preparing the finished product for distribution. From time to time there may be a physical change of tool settings, plus other duties.
Please note: you must be comfortable with heavy lifting as some of the work can be heavy. You will be trained on multiple roles and equipment, and your pay will rise in line with the new skills you learn.

Responsibilities

Qualifications
* Good spoken and written English skills.
* Experience in a manufacturing/production role or experience with machinery is desirable.
