Your new company
An established public sector organisation with a strong commitment to improving housing standards is investing significantly in its housing stock for the upcoming financial year. With a focus on planned maintenance and capital investment programmes, the organisation is expanding its procurement capacity to support a growing pipeline of refurbishment projects. The work will span kitchens, bathrooms, windows, doors, and general maintenance across multiple housing sites. This is a hybrid role based in the South West, offering a collaborative environment with a dedicated asset management team.
Your new role
You'll be joining as a Procurement Interim to lead one of several upcoming capital investment projects, supporting the delivery of housing refurbishments and planned maintenance programmes. This is a newly created role due to increased investment and an expanding procurement pipeline.
 1. Leading procurement activity for capital works and refurbishment projects.
 2. Managing procurement under PCR2015 and Procurement Act 2023 (PA23) frameworks, including direct call-offs and mini-competitions.
 3. Supporting Section 20 leaseholder consultation processes (knowledge preferable; advisory support available).
 4. Ensuring compliance with CapEx and RevEx contract requirements.
