What you will be doing:
You will join an inclusive and supportive team that provides care to people with a range of mental health conditions, using your knowledge and skills to help individuals recover and lead valued, fulfilled lives.
Your daily tasks will include ward rounds, analyzing behaviors, adapting care plans with colleagues, updating patient records, and providing overall care and support, which may include assisting with personal hygiene.
As the environment can be challenging at times, a positive attitude, compassion, resilience, and vigilance are essential. It is highly rewarding to see the positive impact of your involvement on patients’ lives.
The shift pattern consists of 12.5-hour shifts, 3-4 days a week, including nights and weekends.

Bere Clinic is a 12-bed CAMHS service supporting young people aged 12-18 with eating disorders. It features an onsite school providing educational services during care and a full multidisciplinary team, offering a great opportunity to be part of something new and help shape its future.
