Join Seasalt as a Sales Advisor on a 16 Hour permanent contract at our Whiteley shop in Whiteley, England, United Kingdom.

Sales Advisors are ambassadors for Seasalt, supporting store management and creating a memorable shopping experience for every customer.
Responsibilities
 * Deliver an exceptional and inspiring service with thorough knowledge of our brand, products, design inspiration and services
 * Recommend additional services and solutions to drive sales and gather customer data
 * Drive sales across channels by introducing customers to our website, using it as a selling tool and assisting with online orders
 * Provide first point of resolution for customer issues or feedback and actively seek solutions for the customer’s benefit
 * Support the Store Manager and team to drive store sales, profitability and KPI achievement
 * Assist with store visual merchandising, window standards and guidelines, and use product, category and bestseller information to maximise opportunities
 * Be flexible and participate in all operational tasks such as stock management, loss prevention, health and safety, and store safety standards

You should enjoy working as part of a team, communicate effectively with colleagues and customers, and show enthusiasm and energy in your day-to-day work. You should be able to adapt, stay resilient and work independently when needed.
