An award-winning national law firm is seeking an ambitious corporate lawyer to join their highly-rated Leeds office.

The Role
An exciting opportunity exists for a corporate associate with 1-3 years post-qualification experience. The successful candidate will work on a broad range of corporate transactions including:
* Mergers and acquisitions
* Shareholders agreements
* Corporate restructurings
* Joint ventures
* Private equity transactions
* Due diligence exercises
The role involves seamless collaboration across multiple offices, with strong emphasis on networking and business development from an early career stage.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver consistently high-quality work and exemplary client service
* Demonstrate competent financial management including accurate time recording, billing, and WIP management
* Contribute actively to business development initiatives
* Maintain current technical expertise
* Take accountability for personal development and professional skills enhancement
* Comply with SRA competence standards
* Undertake other reasonable tasks as required
Candidate Profile
* Essential Requirements:1-3 years relevant corporate PQE
* Strong commercial awareness and understanding of client industries
* Proven track record in financial management and case management
* Excellent client relationship skills
* Proficiency with case management systems, electronic time recording, and Microsoft applications
* Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal abilities
* Team player who embodies collaborative working
