The Role
To assist the Financial Controller and Finance Team in processing and producing financial information.
* Purchase ledger invoice processing
* Supplier account reconciliations
* Sales ledger invoice processing
* Client account reconciliations
* Subcontractor invoice processing
* Assist with month-end reporting in line with reporting requirements
* Preparation of accounting journals
* Balance sheet reconciliations
* Assist with production of departmental reports
* Assist with annual budget preparation
* Support Financial Controller with ad-hoc tasks
The Candidate
* Previous accounts experience within the construction industry preferred but not essential
* Highly computer literate in all Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel)
* Car Owner / Driver
* Excellent administration and communication skills
Hours of Work: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
