Monarch Education is seeking a dedicated and passionate Reception Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in Swindon from September 2025. This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on young learners during a formative stage of their education.

About The Role:
As a Reception Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging, age-appropriate lessons in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. You will create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity, independence, and social development. Your role will include assessing pupils' progress, providing tailored support, and fostering a positive atmosphere where every child feels valued and safe.
Key Responsibilities:
* Planning and delivering high-quality, engaging lessons suitable for early years learners
* Monitoring and assessing individual pupil progress and adapting teaching strategies accordingly
* Establishing a caring, inclusive classroom environment that promotes social and emotional development
* Collaborating with colleagues, parents, and caregivers to support children's overall development
* Implementing effective behavior management techniques to maintain a positive learning environment
* Contributing to curriculum development and school community activities
Candidate Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
* Experience or specialism in Early Years Education is preferred
* Passionate about early childhood development and creating inspiring learning experiences
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
* Patient, enthusiastic, and committed to making a difference in young children's lives
* Ability to adapt to a dynamic school environment and work collaboratively with staff and families
