The post involves undertaking tasks that involve direct resident care in a care home setting, supporting residents with their daily needs as outlined in individual care plans. The post holder will report changes in residents' conditions to qualified staff and assist in caring for individuals with mental health needs and challenging behaviors, providing person-centered care within the Recovery Model to promote social inclusion.
The role requires working within a 24/7 service, including weekends and holidays, as per rota.
