We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary School Class Teacher to join a warm and welcoming school community in Barry. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of their pupils and help them develop a love of learning.
About the Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic teacher to join our team, teaching within the primary phase (Reception to Year 6 — specific year group to be discussed at interview). You will deliver engaging, inclusive lessons that inspire curiosity, promote progress, and nurture the social and emotional development of our pupils.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver creative, engaging lessons that meet the needs of all learners
Foster a safe, supportive, and stimulating classroom environment
Promote high standards of learning, behaviour, and well-being
Use assessment effectively to inform teaching and support pupil progress
Communicate positively with parents and carers
Contribute to the wider life of the school, including enrichment and extra-curricular opportunities

Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Has a passion for primary education and child development
Demonstrates excellent classroom management and organisation
