Part-Time PPA Teacher - Hayes
Start ASAP | 3-5 Days per Week | Flexible Schedule | Long-Term
Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a part-time PPA / cover teacher to join a 2-form entry primary school in Hayes. The role is flexible, with 3-5 days per week depending on your availability, and will involve providing classroom cover while supporting the school's PPA schedule.
This is an excellent opportunity for experienced teachers or confident ECTs who want flexibility while gaining consistent classroom experience in a supportive environment.

The Role
As a PPA / cover teacher, you will:
* Deliver lessons across EYFS, KS1, or KS2 as required
* Maintain classroom routines and behaviour standards
* Follow pre-prepared lesson plans and provide cover for absent teachers
* Support pupils' learning and engagement during your cover sessions
* Attend staff briefings or relevant meetings on your working days if required
* Represent the school professionally and positively at all times
There is no expectation for long-term planning, marking, or administrative duties beyond your cover lessons.
Requirements
The school is looking for candidates who:
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Have experience teaching in UK primary schools, ideally across multiple year groups
* Demonstrate confident classroom and behaviour management skills
* Are reliable, adaptable, and professional
* Can commit to 3-5 days per week, starting ASAP
