This is an exciting time to join the college as we invest in growing and raising the profile of our Apprenticeship offer. You will find yourself joining a supportive team environment that is committed to giving our apprentices and learners the best experience possible to enable them to work competently and confidently out in industry.

Health apprenticeships are an area the college has a desire to grow, supporting a progression pathway onto Higher and Degree Apprenticeships. We are seeking candidates with the desire and ability to encourage, motivate and inspire people. An awareness of apprenticeships and/or work in the health sector would be advantageous as would experience of administrative support in an education or training provider setting. We do offer an excellent training and development programme that will help support candidate to make the transition into education, so that you can help shape the next generation.

You will need to be proactive, with great customer service, organisational, IT, and admin skills.

This main base for this post is the Rural Campus (Otley) however Suffolk New College is a multi-campus, therefore you may be required to work at and travel between campuses.
