Contract and Service Delivery: * Manage and oversee service contracts to ensure performance, quality, and compliance with agreed standards. * Act as the key liaison point between service partners, suppliers, and internal teams. * Handle feedback, resolve operational challenges, and maintain strong working relationships. * Produce and review operational reports to ensure accuracy and transparency. * Lead on incident response and manage issue resolution to ensure business continuity. * Plan and coordinate maintenance and inspection activities. * Liaise with internal teams and third-party contractors to ensure timely completion of scheduled tasks. * Monitor progress and report regularly on key performance metrics and operational targets.
