Key Responsibilities
* Provide advanced technical support via phone, email, and on-site.
* Resolve escalated and major incident tickets within SLA.
* Lead on investigations into security breaches, outages, and recurring issues.
* Mentor and train junior engineers; support their development.
* Create technical documentation, update PSA tickets (Autotask), and maintain accurate records.
* Run knowledge‑sharing sessions, post‑incident reviews, and training workshops.
* Work collaboratively with the service desk when required.
* Communicate clearly and professionally with customers.

* NDA and CRB check required.
Required Skills & Experience
* 3+ years in a senior support role (MSP preferred).
* Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams).
* M365/Azure security (Conditional Access, MFA).
* Exchange (on‑premise and online).
* Windows OS and Server (2008 R2–2022).
* Server builds, migrations, and troubleshooting.
* Hyper‑V configuration and support.
* VPN, RDS, AVD support.
* Microsoft Office support.
* Active Directory & Group Policy.
* Experience mentoring junior engineers and delivering training.
* Datto BCDR and networking.
* DFS, DNS, DHCP.
* Microsoft Intune/Endpoint Manager.
