Your new role
Reporting directly to the CEO, the Finance Director will play a pivotal role in shaping organisational strategy, overseeing financial management, and ensuring robust governance. In addition to these core responsibilities, the role encompasses leadership of the operations function, including Human Resources, Information Technology, Procurement, and the Project Management team.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, it is likely you will be a qualified chartered accountant who has trained in practice and developed your experience as a Finance Director within an SME. Professional services sector experience is strongly preferred, and you will also need to evidence experience of leading non-finance functions, such as HR, IT & Procurement.
