Partners take a leadership role in the strategy, development, and growth of EVERSANA MANAGEMENT CONSULTING (EMC).


Accountabilities

1. Grow the practice by leading strategic business development and solution sales efforts to improve the outcomes for our life science clients.
2. Develop, broaden and deepen the EMC partnership with a portfolio of clients.
3. Leverage your life science subject matter expertise to serve as an external & internal facing expert.
4. Support the development of junior team members by coaching and expanding their skillset when appropriate.
5. Lead and advise client engagements across our markets.
6. Design and sell solution-oriented engagements and grow a book of business.
7. P&L responsibility.

Office: While performing the essential functions of this job, the employee is frequently required to reach, grasp, stand and/or sit for long periods (up to 90% of the shift), walk, talk and hear; occasionally required to lift/move up to 25 pounds. The noise level is usually moderately quiet, with frequent interruptions and multiple demands.


Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees (e.g., MBA, PhD, MD) highly preferred.
* Demonstrated success in selling and leading strategy consulting engagements in the life sciences industry (required).
* 8+ years of project leadership and management experience at a consulting firm (required).
* Strong understanding of biopharma industry dynamics and issues (required).
* Experience managing a $3M+ book of business preferred.
