We have the requirement of a Service Advisor to join our successful Aftersales team; this position will play a crucial role in driving our business forward. Candidates must have the ability to cope under pressure whilst maintaining a professional attitude at all times. You must have a passion for customer service and great motivation. As a Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers visiting the dealership and, as such, you'll be an important ambassador for the company. This is a busy department, and the role requires someone who can work very well under pressure, whilst offering exceptional customer service.
