We have an exciting opportunity for a Paralegal to work within the Legal Disrepair Team. As a Paralegal, you will case handle your own litigation files, as such we are looking for dynamic and motivated people who have previous experience of litigation whether as a claimant or defendant litigator. You will be a regional worker, living within a reasonable travelling distance of our Head Office in Warrington, to attend meetings and training courses. What will I be responsible for doing? First and foremost, you will be responsible for your own case load and case progression. You will have relevant knowledge and experience of contract law and litigation enforcement experience. You will have excellent legal drafting skills on various Court documents / Injunctions /witness statements. As well as the variety of challenges you will face within this role you, will find that this role is both professionally satisfying and interesting as no 2 days nor cases are ever quite the same. Have the skills, confidence and ability needed to make on the spot critical decisions to achieve successful outcomes, in critically demanding situations.
