Your Role
 * Engage confidently with new and existing customers over the phone, using strong questioning and rapport‑building skills.
 * Negotiate and close deals while maintaining long‑term customer relationships.
 * Provide outstanding customer service and resolve queries quickly and effectively.
 * Work towards and exceed individual and team sales targets.
 * Record accurate customer data and maintain up‑to‑date records in internal systems.
About You
 * Proven track record in sales or telesales, with a history of meeting and exceeding targets.
 * Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a professional, confident manner.
 * Resilient and adaptable in a fast‑paced, competitive environment.
 * Positive, enthusiastic, and motivated by success.
 * Detail‑oriented and IT‑savvy, comfortable learning new systems and tools.
