Job Description:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will manage a classroom in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring students remain engaged with pre-set work and maintain a positive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver pre-planned lessons to students across KS3 and KS4
Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
Ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment
Support students with their learning as required
Requirements:
A strong interest in education – ideal for graduates, aspiring teachers, or experienced classroom staff
Excellent communication and behaviour management skills
Flexibility to work across multiple schools in South Yorkshire
Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to apply)
