Digital Marketing Executive – Join the team at West Dean (West Sussex)

We are looking for a proactive, detail-driven Digital Marketing Executive to help grow our audiences, and strengthen our brand.
Role details
Job title: Digital Marketing Executive
Location: West Dean, West Sussex (PO18 0QZ)
Hours: 35 hours per week (Monday–Friday)
Salary: £26,000 per annum
Contract: Permanent
Holiday: 33 days inclusive of bank holidays
What you will be doing
You will:
* Optimise website content, structure and UX to improve engagement and conversion
* Drive SEO performance through keyword research, on-page improvements and testing
* Create and launch engaging email campaigns and automated journeys
* Support and optimise paid digital campaigns across Google, Meta and LinkedIn
* Analyse performance data (GA4 and other tools) to uncover insights and recommend improvements
* Monitor online reviews and competitor activity to keep us ahead of the curve
You will play a key role in ensuring our digital activity is insight-led, commercially effective and continuously improving.

About you

You will thrive if you have:
* Proven experience in digital marketing
* Strong knowledge of SEO, UX and digital best practice
* Confidence using analytics platforms (GA4), CMS and email marketing systems
* Excellent copywriting and communication skills
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
* The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
