Our Repairs and Maintenance teams play an important role in delivering our vision to provide great homes and great service. Join us as an Electrician, delivering a range of repair, maintenance and general multi-skilled work across Havant, Portsmouth and the surrounding areas.
You will work 39 hours per week and support out of hours callout on a rota basis (with an additional payment). Hours of work are 8:00am-4:30pm Monday to Thursday and 8:00am-3:30pm on Friday.
Fully qualified & experienced electrician
Experience of working in a customer focused environment ideally within the housing sector
Ability to work with minimal supervision, demonstrating organisational and time management skills
Ability to operate safely, considering any environmental circumstances and managing possible risks
Our Electricians must have a full UK driving licence
City and Guilds 236 Pt 1 & 2 (or NVQ Level 3) & 18th Edition Wiring Regulations BS7671
