About The Role
Foxtons cars make our all-important first impression, whether driving through London’s streets or pulling up outside a client’s home. That’s why we’ve built a 900‑strong fleet: iconic MINI Coopers, high‑performance hybrids and electrics and coveted supercars. The Foxtons Fleet department, responsible for purchasing, servicing, valeting and maintaining our entire fleet, serves an important function in our business…and you could be part of it.
Key Responsibilities
* Collecting vehicles for services and MOTs or in cases of accidental damage, and delivering the cars back to them once the relevant work has been carried out.
* Ensuring that all vehicles are roadworthy before returning them to colleagues, and assisting our team of Fleet Coordinators with various checks before vehicles are returned to leasing companies.
* Collecting and delivering vehicles to car dealerships.
* Maintaining our busy car park by ensuring cars are correctly parked and that the area is kept clear for ease of access.
* Completing in‑depth vehicle appraisal forms on all vehicle handovers.
* Assisting the Fleet Coordinators in allocating new starters their company cars during our induction programme.
* Assisting the Fleet Coordinators, on occasion, in the car target ceremony.
Part‑Time Hours
* Monday – Friday, 8am – 2pm
Location Requirement
For this role, you must live within a 30 minute commute of Staines‑upon‑Thames.
