Venesky-Brown’s client, a public sector organisation in Truro, is currently looking to recruit a HR Organisational Change Consultant for an initial 6 month fixed term contract on a salary of £64,455/annum. This role will require to be on-site at least 3 days per week.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for supporting the management of our organisational change programme. A key focus is to align new organisational design with cultural change, HR policy, and staff engagement, ensuring minimal disruption.
Essential Skills:
- Significant, demonstrable experience as a Change/Transformation Consultant or Senior HR Business Partner, specifically managing large-scale organisational change within a complex public sector. Trade Union consultation and negotiation experience.
- Strong practical knowledge of change management methodologies and project management principles (e.g. PRINCE2).
- Detailed understanding of governance and HR policies (Agenda for Change), including the application of change management in a clinical setting.
- Highly developed skills in presenting complex, sensitive, and contentious information to senior management and large staff groups, with proven negotiation and influencing capabilities.
