The Role

We are seeking a committed and qualified Trainer to join our team on a part-time basis, (potentially having the opportunity to go to full time if required). This role is ideal for a self-motivated professional with a passion for delivering engaging and effective training in the transport and compliance sectors.


Key Responsibilities

* Deliver training programmes in compliance, transport law, Driver CPC, or related areas (depending on qualifications).
* Design, prepare, and adapt training materials, assessments, and exercises to meet learner needs.
* Monitor and evaluate learner progress, providing feedback, support, and remediation as required.
* Maintain accurate training records, reports, and compliance documentation.
* Operate independently, making informed decisions to ensure high-quality delivery.
* Represent Dynamic Consultancy Solutions with professionalism and integrity.
