Job Description
3. Respond to customer queries and requests through phone and email in a timely manner.
4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the internal system accordingly.
5. Assist in scheduling and planning service appointments.
6. Monitor and prioritise the helpdesk queue to ensure smooth operations.
7. Generate reports and provide updates to the management team as required.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Helpdesk Administrator should have:
8. Previous experience in customer service or helpdesk roles.
9. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
10. Proficiency in using computer systems and software for reporting.
11. Ability to multitask and prioritise work efficiently.
12. A keen eye for detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
