Requirements
An enhanced Adult PVG Is Required for this role.
Responsibilities
* Managing the day-to-day running of services.
* Participating in hands-on support, including personal care, medication administration, and household tasks.
* Planning and managing staff rotas to ensure consistent and effective service coverage.
* Providing staff supervision, observation, and ongoing performance management.
* Completing audits and ensuring all service documentation is accurate and compliant.
* Developing and reviewing support plans and risk assessments.
* Reporting and recording accidents and incidents accurately.
* Liaising with families, local authorities, and health professionals to ensure effective partnership working.
You will have dedicated off-rota time to complete management and administrative tasks, in addition to working as part of the staff team when required.
