Job Description: Are you passionate about Warehouse and Distribution and looking to make a significant impact in a dynamic logistics company? We are currently seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at the Cullompton site. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of 6 forklift drivers and Office Personnel tasked with offloading and sorting palletised freight for onward loading of local delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide leadership and supervision overnight to a team of 6 Forklift drivers and Office staff.
2. Operation debriefs with shift Team Leader and ensuring loading of vehicles is completed.
3. You will also be required to work closely with the transport teams to ensure the smooth running of the operation.
