Randstad Construction & Property are working on behalf of a National Facilities Management company to find an experienced and collaborative gas engineer to join their team in Glasgow. The successful candidate will be responsible for all domestic gas maintenance and upkeep across the site.
Location: Glasgow
Salary: Competitive (up to £38,000 depending on experience)
Employment type: Full-time, permanent, backshifts
Key benefits:
1. Monday-Friday working (40 hours per week)

6. Opportunity to be trained to Commercial Gas standards/ tickets
An average day will include the following:
7. Installations, maintenance, and repairs
8. Routine safety checks and inspections
9. Issue gas safety certificates
An ideal candidate will have:
10. A full UK driving license
11. Domestic Gas Tickets
12. Commercial Gas Tickets
13. Time-served City & Guilds Apprenticeship
14. Experience of working within FM or the building maintenance industry
An ideal candidate will be:
15. Flexible and patient
16. A team player
17. Able to understand complex information and demonstrate attention to detail
18. Remain professional and communicate strongly
19. A can-do attitude
