Hello, we are RTProjects, a small, grassroots suicide prevention charity with a big impact based in Durham. Through art, connection and community, we help people find hope even in their darkest times. and we're looking for a creative, organised fundraiser to help grow our events and supporter relationships.
This is a hands-on, varied role where you'll:
Support and inspire fundraisers in challenge & community events
Plan and deliver small-scale events and activities
Build warm, lasting supporter relationships
Help sustain vital suicide prevention work in the North East

We are looking for a highly motivated creative person who can make the best of the connections we already have and also develop new fruitful partnerships.
The successful candidate must be able to evidence a track record of raising funds from events and initiatives.
They will also need:
Strong organisational skills and able to work to strict deadlines
Strong social media skills
Experience of project planning and management
Exellent communication skills, verbal & written
Experience of using Zoom/Teams
Experience of successfully managing a portfolio of third-party events
Experience of creating and managing charity led campaigns/events
Experience in creating and monitoring budgets
Knowledge of regulatory environment for fundraising from events fundraising including sponsorship, data protection, Gift
Aid (incl GASDS) and Fundraising Codes of Practice and regulation
Understanding of events fundraising, planning, budgeting and ROI
Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
Competent with IT including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM systems)
Own transport
Ability to work flexible hours and travel locally
Job Types: Part-time, Freelance
Pay: £27,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 15 per week
