Interaction Recruitment are working in partnership with a bespoke, family fun business within the leisure industry who are looking to appoint a new Administrator.
This role is full-time and you would be working as a permanent employee from day one.
Responsibilities
The role incorporates a high volume of customer interactions including making and answering emails, phone calls and meeting with customers face to face on site. Responsibilities also include extensive administration duties and pitching in with other tasks as needed by the business. Familiarity with buying and selling platforms such as eBay and Amazon is preferred.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Excellent relationship building skills and a charismatic, confident presence. • Extensive administration experience and comfort in a customer‑facing environment. • Positive, can‑do attitude and willingness to help with other duties. • Leisure and tourism experience desirable but not essential.
Key Details
Location: Chesterfield, S43
Hours: 08:30 to 17:00 (flexible) Monday to Friday with a half day on Saturday completed each month. Additional overtime available on request.
Salary: £28,000 to £32,000 depending on experience.
Start Date: Immediate. Interviews will be conducted week commencing 09 Mar 26.
