Role: Maintenance Team Leader
Shift: 4 on 4 off DAYS Only
Salary: £51,000 basic – + quarterly Bonuses – OTE = £60,000+

The Role
As a Maintenance Team Leader, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Fault finding on electrical components such as sensors, relays, contactors, inverters etc.
* Repairing mechanical components such as bearings, sprockets, shafts, rollers etc.
* Working on conveyors, extruders, wire cutters, kilns, packaging machines, robots etc.
* Promote and encourage a culture of Continuous Improvement
* Inspire your team to perform to the best of their abilities
About You
The ideal Maintenance Team Leader will have the following:
* A recognised engineering qualification
* Strong experience within a factory environment
* Maintenance planning, scheduling or some examples of leadership experience
* A sound understanding of key mechanical and electrical functions
