Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role:
You’ll be joining a passionate team that are currently supporting individuals aged from 50 upwards, each with unique needs and personalities. Some people are mobile, while others may require physical assistance or mobilise with wheelchairs. The people we support live with conditions such as Dementia, Autism, and Learning Disabilities.
As a leader in the service, you’ll:
10. Inspire and guide a team of dedicated support workers
11. Champion person-centred care, ensuring dignity, choice, and respect
12. Drive performance and culture, setting the pace and direction
13. Ensure services are well-resourced and outcomes-focused

Essential Criteria:
14. Experience at Deputy Manager level or above
15. Willingness to register with the CQC
16. Strong leadership and motivational skills
17. Ability to work collaboratively and independently
18. A person-centred approach
