1. Contract administration
2. Technical due diligence

What We’re Looking For:
6. MRICS qualification with a degree in Building Surveying
7. Strong experience in a commercial property environment
8. Excellent report-writing and communication skills
9. A keen interest in business development and building client relationships
10. Commercially astute with a thorough understanding of building contracts
11. Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
