Job Title: Teaching Assistant – Sutton

Protocol Education is seeking an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support pupils in schools across Sutton. The role involves working alongside teachers to deliver engaging lessons, supporting small groups and individual pupils, and creating a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
Responsibilities
* Support pupils in lessons, small groups, and one-to-one sessions
* Assist teachers with lesson preparation and classroom management
* Provide extra help to pupils with SEN where needed
* Encourage pupil progress, independence, and confidence
Requirements
* Previous experience working with children in an educational setting (desirable)
* A genuine passion for supporting young learners
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
* Right to Work in the UK

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
