Hybrid – min 4 days onsite per week, opportunity to work from home 1 day a week as business needs.
Hourly rate: £26.82 p/h (inside IR35) umbrella (after 13 weeks the rate will increase to £34.83 in line with AWR).
POSITION DESCRIPTION
* These roles offer a significant opportunity to strategically partner with People Leaders and HR Centres of Excellence (CoEs) across various parts of the organisation.
* You will be instrumental in shaping the employee experience, driving key people priorities, and delivering impactful HR projects that directly contribute to organisational success and reinforce the Ford+ behaviours.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
* Min 2yrs HR Advisor experience.
EDUCATION PREFERRED
* Ideally degree/CIPD qualified but will consider if they don't have this but do have significant relevant experience.
