Our dedicated team of sales and design consultants transform fabrics into bespoke curtains, blinds, cushions and headboards. Key responsibilities
* Be aware of what happens day to day in the store
* Ensure good housekeeping is maintained throughout all areas in the store at all times
* Ensure that customers are acknowledged and receive a quality service either face to face or over the telephone
* Show genuine interest in customers enquiries.
* Take ownership of processing orders to completion
* Process sales
* Manage deliveries effectively and replenish stock
* Complete other tasks as necessary to support the overall store
