What Youll Do
* Create a real sense of belonging, encouraging children and colleagues alike to feel safe, supported and nurtured.
* Lead and mentor your team to deliver trauma-informed care, ensuring our young people feel loved, respected and empowered.
* Take ownership of day-to-day care delivery and ensure high standards through adherence to our values and policies.
What We’re Looking For
* At least 2 years experience in a residential care setting (young people or adults).
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* The ability to stay calm and compassionate in challenging situations.
* A full driving licence.
* A relevant care qualification (HNC, SCQF 7/SVQ 3), or the willingness to gain this.
