What’s in It for You Salary: Starting salary of £90,000 (depending on experience) Bonus: 10% annual Car allowance: £6,900 Holiday: 28 days bank holidays Pension: Up to 7.5% employee / 15% employer contribution Flexible benefits & hybrid working options Your Impact As a Commercial Lead, you’ll take ownership of some of the most significant and complex commercial packages on the project covering civil and nuclear construction works, major equipment, and enabling contracts. You’ll lead procurement, negotiation, and post-award commercial management, working with suppliers, regulators, and Tier 1 contractors. You’ll play a key leadership role, shaping strategy, mentoring teams, and ensuring delivery aligns with project goals, contract requirements, and nuclear safety standards.
