Exposure Management (Aggregations) Consultant
This is an opportunity to join an evolving and growing Exposure Management (Aggregations) team at Pro Global. The Exposure Management consultant will support the Account and Operations Manager, Team Managers, and Team Leaders across various areas including Client Delivery, Process Improvements, Management Information, Performance Reporting/Metrics, and Business Development.
This role involves working on a hybrid basis, with time split between home and our Gloucester office weekly. Other UK office locations include London, Glasgow, Horsham, and Liverpool.
Responsibilities
* Analysis, interpretation, and manipulation of complex data, primarily schedules of values.
* Examination and interpretation of policy documents to extract relevant data.
* Managing client communications, leading interactions, and resolving queries.
* Creating and maintaining data within client systems, including applying policy terms and conditions.
* Ensuring compliance with client quality standards and turnaround times to meet service level agreements.
* Using client modelling software (e.g., RiskLink and TouchStone) to upload cleansed files and run Natural Catastrophe models.
* Performing quality assurance on cleansed or modelled files.
* Identifying, interpreting, analyzing, and remediating process inefficiencies.
* Creating and maintaining client reporting packs and management information, supported by PowerPoint reports as needed.
* Training and mentoring colleagues.
* Building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Operational Management Support
Supporting the Account and Operations Manager as the team grows, including:
* Monthly accruals, invoice collation, and supporting MI.
* Participating in client governance meetings.
* Supporting contract monitoring and reviews.
* Onboarding new business, including workflows and procedures.
* Attending industry conferences for networking and industry insights.
Skills and Experience
* Knowledge of the insurance industry, especially data cleansing and exposure management.
* Familiarity with multiple lines of business and operational procedures.
* Experience with loss modelling schemes such as RMS and AIR.
* Ability to interpret complex contract details like deductibles and sub-limits.
* Excellent Microsoft Excel skills; proficiency in other Office tools is desirable.
* Strong investigative skills and initiative.
* Ability to identify problems and propose solutions.
* Logical and analytical mindset for delivering accurate information.
* Effective time management and organizational skills.
* Understanding of operational management processes and business needs.
* Effective communication skills for interacting with executives and clients.
* Teamwork and knowledge-sharing abilities.
