We’re looking for Customer Team Members to join our team at Co-op. As a Customer Team Member, you’ll be part of a friendly team dedicated to helping our customers. Your responsibilities include providing great service on the tills and shop floor, re-stocking shelves, and cleaning up spillages. What you'll do
1. Provide friendly and thoughtful service, responding to customer queries, promoting Co-op products and Membership, and ensuring a great shopping experience.
2. Support your store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members.
3. Ensure the store is safe and legal by keeping shelves stocked, and checking prices, dates, and temperatures.
4. Assist in introducing new products and services, sharing experiences with colleagues.
5. Support your local community by participating in activities and events.
