IT Support Technician up to €35,000 5x p/w Carnwath Pearson Carter are currently working with a leading construction and structural engineering organisation who are looking to hire an IT Support Technician to provide day-to-day technical support across the business. This is a hands-on role where you'll act as the first point of contact for IT issues, supporting users across a range of hardware, software, and business-critical systems. Log, prioritise, troubleshoot, and resolve support tickets across hardware, software, and user access issues. Provide 1st and 2nd line support for Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and other business applications. Set up and configure desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and user accounts. Support networking issues including Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, and IP connectivity. Manage the onboarding and offboarding process, including account creation and device setup. Maintain accurate asset registers, documentation, and ticket records. Liaise with third-party vendors and escalate complex issues when required. Salary: They are offering a salary of up to €35,000 plus benefits Location The client is based in Carnwath, South Lanarkshire and they are looking for someone to be in office full-time, 5 days per week.
