The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in leading teams, shaping services, driving positive outcomes, and ensuring the highest standards of safeguarding and person-centred care are delivered throughout the service.

Skills & Experience Previous experience as a Service Manager or Deputy / Assistant Service Manager role Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification or relevant sector experience Exposure of safeguarding, Mental Capacity Act and CQC regulations Experience leading teams within supported living, residential or complex care environments Compassionate and proactive approach with a genuine passion for care Ability to manage challenging situations positively and professionally Roles & Responsibilities Lead and manage supported living services, ensuring safe and effective care delivery Manage, mentor and develop Support Workers and wider care teams Ensure compliance with safeguarding, CQC standards and legislative requirements Develop and implement personalised care packages and support plans Oversee staffing, recruitment, onboarding and workforce planning activities Build relationships with families, commissioners and external professionals Monitor service performance, KPIs and opportunities for continuous improvement Promote a positive, person-centred culture across the service About Express Recruitment Express Recruitment has been offering exceptional recruitment solutions across the East Midlands since 1987, exceeding expectations every time of over 267,000 candidates. xehkeey
