An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Security Cleared IT Change Manager with prior experience of building a ITIL Change function from scratch (This is an essential requirement, there is no negotiation on this experience)
This role requires a hands on Change professional who can operate at pace, lead CAB and implement effective governance, risk and control frameworks while working closely with service leads, platform owners, and engineering teams. We are looking for someone with strong, practical ITIL Change experience who knows how to make change work in the real world.
Key requirements
* Proven experience building an ITIL Change function from scratch (Essential)
* Strong track record operating in a greenfield, fast-moving environment
* Experience leading CAB and driving robust change governance
* Experience with ServiceNow
* Ability to shape risk, controls, and process frameworks
* Strong stakeholder management across service, platform, and engineering teams
* Practical and modern ITIL Change expertise
* SC cleared currently
Qualifications
* ITIL v3/v4 certification
* Degree in IT, Computer Science or related field preferred
* PMP or similar certification desirable
