BMS Service Engineer

* £50,000 - £55,000

The Role:
Undertake preventative maintenance and diagnosis of building control systems (BMS).
Carry out small repairs and remedial works.
Provide routine inspections of BMS (building management systems).
Requirements:
* Ideally you will have experience working within the BMS industry and be competent on‑site completing fault diagnosis.
* You will be familiar with trend control systems and Trend IQ Vision.
* Proven diagnostics skills.
* Experienced / knowledge of HVAC mechanical plant – AHU's etc.
* Knowledge and experience of communication protocols such as: Bacnet, Modbus.
