Responsible for driving client satisfaction and retention through exceptional relationship building and solution delivery. To have a strong understanding of client needs, a passion for delivering exceptional service, and the ability to lead and inspire. A skilled communicator, with a focus on building strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and internal teams. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing a client success strategy, leading and mentoring a high-performing team, identifying opportunities to improve client satisfaction, providing innovative solutions to client challenges, creating and reporting valuable data presentations, and seeking new opportunities for growth through various channels.
Responsibilities/Key Tasks
 * Analyse opportunities within existing accounts to maximise business growth
 * Seek and convert new growth opportunities through various channels (departmental, group partners, temp/perm, supply chain, specialisms etc.)
 * Working closely with and lead the delivery team to ensure high levels of fulfilment are achieved
 * Report generation and market data analysis
 * To plan, create and present solution proposals to existing client base
 * First point of contact for existing clients
 * Planning for recruitment drives and uplifts with the Head of Resourcing
 * Managing inbound and outbound calls and emails
 * Support with overall delivery against requirements when needed
 * Updating CRM system and completing associated admin duties
Requirements
 * Previous experience in account management, preferably within a recruitment environment
 * Driving licence and ability to travel within the UK when necessary - essential
 * Certifications in Recruitment, HR or Sales - desirable
 * Demonstrable experience of account growth/nurturing, negotiation, and new business wins
 * Strong networking abilities
 Preferred Skills
 o Microsoft Office Systems (Excel and PowerPoint)
 o Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
 o Organised and efficient
 o Good attention to detail
 o Very good time management
 o Problem solving / using initiative
 The role is predominantly based at our Head Office in Reading but will require regular travelling to client sites across the UK.
