We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking CSCS Labourer to join our team on-site. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various construction activities, ensuring that projects run smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities
* Assist with the preparation and cleaning of construction sites
* Carry out general labouring duties as directed by site supervisors
* Load and unload materials and equipment from lorries
* Follow health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment
* Operate basic tools and machinery as required
* Support skilled tradespeople in their tasks, ensuring timely completion of projects
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area
Experience
* Previous experience in a labouring role is advantageous but not essential
* A valid CSCS card is required for this position
* Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively within a team setting
* Strong physical fitness to perform manual tasks effectively
* Excellent communication skills to liaise with team members and supervisors
