We are seeking an experienced EHS & Facilities Leader to drive excellence in environmental, health, and safety, as well as facilities, across a busy manufacturing and engineering site. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of site-wide EHS strategy and facilities management, influencing all levels of the organisation while leading continuous improvement initiatives that support operational success. The Role As EHS & Facilities Leader, you will champion a positive safety culture, ensuring compliance, operational excellence, and effective facilities management across the site. You will work closely with leadership teams, employees, and contractors to deliver best-in-class EHS performance and maintain a safe, efficient working environment. About You You are a confident leader with strong organisational skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. You thrive in fast-paced environments, manage multiple priorities, and are committed to upholding high standards of safety and operational performance. Essential Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification. NEBOSH Diploma. Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. Experience managing EHS programmes and regulatory compliance. Budget management experience. Excellent organisational, planning, and project management abilities. Ability to work effectively in a flexible, changing environment. Desirable Experience in risk assessment, analysis, and decision-making methodologies. Strong communication and motivational skills.
