About the Role We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant with knowledge of the automotive industry to join our growing team in North London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and driven individual who understands the fast-paced nature of both recruitment and the automotive sector. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, working closely with automotive clients to source high-quality candidates for a range of roles across the industry. Key Responsibilities * Manage the full recruitment process from initial client brief through to successful placement * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across the automotive sector * Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of automotive roles * Advertise vacancies, search databases, and actively headhunt suitable candidates * Provide professional advice and guidance to both clients and candidates * Meet and exceed placement and revenue targets * Maintain accurate candidate and client records within the CRM/ATS system Requirements * Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant (automotive sector experience preferred) * Proven track record of billing and achieving targets * Strong understanding of automotive roles and the wider industry * Excellent communication and relationship-building skills * Self-motivated, target-driven, and commercially minded * Strong organisational and time management abilities What We Offer * Basic salary of £30,000 per year * Uncapped commission structure * Office-based role in North London (Monday–Friday) * Supportive and ambitious team environment * Career development and progression opportunities * Ongoing training and development
