We are seeking a Deputy Manager to support the running of a premium domiciliary care service in Maidenhead and Windsor. This role is perfect for someone looking to develop their leadership skills and progress to a Registered Manager position. Clear career progression to Registered Manager.
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 (dependent on experience)
Location: Slough
Hours: Full-time
What You’ll Do:

Manage the daily operations of the branch, including rostering and care coordination
*
Conduct care assessments, reviews, and spot checks to maintain high-quality standards
*
Support and mentor the care team, assist with recruitment and inductions
*
Ensure all compliance and CQC requirements are met
*
Participate in the on-call rota to provide support outside of normal hours
What We’re Looking For:
Essential:
*
Experience in domiciliary care as a Care Coordinator, Field Supervisor, or Senior Carer
*
NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (Level 5 study funded)
*
Excellent organisational and IT skills, understanding of CQC regulations
*
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
*
Ambitious, motivated, and looking to progress to Registered Manager
