Proactive Personnel are currently looking for Plant Fitters to start work for our client based in Leyland. Duties include: * Performing routine servicing, emergency repairs, and maintenance of heavy plant, construction, and earthmoving machinery. * Using diagnostic equipment to identify electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical faults. * Conducting inspections, testing, and signing off equipment to ensure it is safe for use. * Removing, repairing, and replacing worn or faulty parts. Requirements: * Proven experience as a mechanic, preferably working on heavy plant machinery. * Strong knowledge of hydraulics, diesel engines, and electrical systems. * Ability to read technical drawings, use welding equipment, and work with hand tools. * Full UK Driving Licence.
